The client portal is a simple site created to help our customers do a few simple things themselves.
What you can do in the portal:
change your web site FTP password (you can not change your username)
add email addresses (up to your limit based on your hosting contract)
remove email addresses
forward one email address to another email address
To access this portal, you need a username and password. Most customers do not have this login information because they contact a project manager and we take care of the items above for them, but if you’d like access, please contact your project manager or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are continuing to develop ideas for new things to add to it that may be useful to our customers. We’d appreciate your thoughts and input.
