The client portal is a simple site created to help our customers do a few simple things themselves.
What you can do in the portal:
- change your web site FTP password (you can not change your username)
- add email addresses (up to your limit based on your hosting contract)
- remove email addresses
- forward one email address to another email address
To access this portal, you need a username and password. Most customers do not have this login information because they contact a project manager and we take care of the items above for them, but if you’d like access, please contact your project manager or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are continuing to develop ideas for new things to add to it that may be useful to our customers. We’d appreciate your thoughts and input.
